The California Institute of Abnormalarts is an odd little venue in Burbank that hosts macabre burlesque shows and other unusual entertainment. For the last three years, they have hosted Fright Night, monthly double bills of psychotronic movies like CALTIKI and BAD TASTE.
Alas, all good things come to an end. Fright Night claims it will close its vault this October, so there are only four shows left.
This months' event is a "3D Anniversary Party," featuring COMIN' AT YA, a 3D western, and 1991's GROSS OUT, plus trailers, cartoons and other weird short subjects. There will also be a live performance by Ego plum and an art show by Evil Paul.
The event takes plae on Friday, July 13. Doors open at 8:30pm. Tickets are $10.
